The Better Cotton Conference is committed to providing a professional, friendly and safe environment for all participants at all of its meetings, webinars, and virtual events, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, or other protected class. The Conference will be held under
Chatham House Rule, which says that:
“participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.”
In summary, participants are free to speak about what is said in conference sessions, but not who said it (or their organisation). This is to allow people to speak as individuals and encourage free discussion. You can find out more about the rule
here.
